Associate Specialist - Procurement Transaction Management Your mission You will manage procurement transactions across a portfolio of countries, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and value delivery throughout the procure-to-pay cycle. You will work closely with stakeholders to improve performance, optimize processes, and ensure the timely delivery of procurement activities. Your responsibilities Manage procurement transactions end-to-end, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Ensure timely and high-quality requisition processing to meet operational targets Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate responses to queries Monitor performance, manage exceptions, and escalate issues when required Support demand management, forecasting, and planning activities Drive continuous improvement in procurement workflows and systems Contribute to achieving efficiency, savings, and service quality targets Your profile Degree in health, science, business, or related field Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations Experience managing demand, transactions, or procurement workflows Exposure to global health or public-sector procurement environments is an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English; French or Spanish is also required For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport. jidd573bb5ait jit0623ait jpiy26ait
