For our central reservations office, we are looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (m/f) to join us on a permanent contract, starting immediately! Sales conversations, acceptance and processing of written and telephone reservations Correspondence in German, English, and French Advising guests on prices and room categories Creating and updating reservations Preparing offers, confirmations, etc., in German, English, and French Checking provisional bookings and following up accordingly Monitoring and filing correspondence Maintaining and updating guest profiles Central staff accommodation located in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch Attractive employee, family & friends room rates, as well as various discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) Access to a staff fitness room and a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt Use of the pool area during designated employee swim times Participation in our development program, which offers access to various training courses (for example, with the company Ritzy) Discounts on seasonal or annual ski lift passes with the Zermatt resident card For employees who are unable or prefer not to work both winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we provide support — in collaboration with our partner hotels — to find a complementary position
