You ensure that Alpiq’s leadership operates with crystal-clear visibility, robust KPIs and reliable forecasting by: /p liDelivering a best-in-class performance framework across the Group. /li liElevating the impact and credibility of Group performance reporting. /li liEnhancing driver based planning quality, speed and value. /li ppbYour responsibilities /b /p /p pAs bHead Group Financial Performance Management /b, you will lead the group-wide internal reporting, planning/forecasting, and the development of Alpiq’s Executive and Management Information Systems. Your key responsibilities include: /p pb1. Performance Governance /b /p liDefine a unified Group Performance Framework for planning, forecasting, steering metrics and KPI logic. /li pb2. Plan-to-Steer Process /b /p liLead the budgeting and forecasting process. /li liEnsure system readiness, data quality, and methodology consistency. /li pb3. Executive Management Information Systems (EIS/MIS) /b /p liOwn and further develop EIS/MIS tools, dashboards and data models. /li liDeliver management-ready reporting for Executive Board and senior leadership. /li liDrive automation, harmonisation and reliability of performance data. /li pb4. KPI Performance Measurement /b /p liDefine, maintain and evolve Group KPIs and steering metrics — financial and non-financial. /li liEnsure transparency of performance drivers across segments, assets and corporate functions. /li liStrengthen a performance-oriented and challenge-driven culture. /li liLead and deliver key performance and transformation projects for the CFO and Head of Finance Accounting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities /li ppbYour profile /b /p /p pYou are a seasoned finance leader with a strong track record in planning, forecasting, KPI governance, and performance steering. You combine strategic perspective with analytical rigour and hands-on execution, enabling you to translate complex data into clear business decisions and measurable outcomes. /p pYou act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, confidently challenging and influencing at all levels.
