PpServe as the first point of contact for ball IT-related issues and requests, /b providing timely 1st line support for hardware and software bacross the organization. /b /p pbYou will have the following responsibilities: /b /p ul liAct as the first point of contact for all b1st Level IT support requests /b (phone, email, ticketing system and in-person) /li liLog, triage and manage incidents end-to-end in line with agreed SLAs /li liEscalate complex cases to 2nd/3rd line support with clear, structured documentation /li liKeep users proactively informed on progress, expectations, and resolution timelines /li /ul pbHardware Support /b /p ul liTroubleshoot and resolve common issues across laptops, phones, printers and peripherals /li liPerform basic hardware replacements (keyboards, mice, cables) quickly and effectively /li liSet up and configure workstations for new starters, including asset tagging and inventory management /li liCoordinate equipment returns and decommissioning for leavers, ensuring clean handovers /li /ul pbSoftware Platform Support /b /p ul liProvide b1st line /b support across the Microsoft 365 environment (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, calls/meetings) /li liManage user accounts, access, and security (password resets, MFA, group memberships, licensing) /li liAdminister users and services via OnPrem AD, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center /li liEnroll, configure, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune /li /ul pbWhat you bring along: /b /p ul liCompleted EFZ apprenticeship in IT or relevant professional experience in 1st level support /li liSolid understanding of IT service desk and incident management processes (SLA-driven support) /li liExperience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, licensing), Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)/ OnPrem AD user and access management /li liAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment /li liGood documentation skills (ticketing systems, knowledge base updates) /li liScripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus /li liFluency in German and English is mandatory /li /ul pbWhat we offer: /b /p ul libExpertise: /b Work with crypto native experts /li libCulture: /b Positive and supportive team culture that relies on common goals, ambitions and values /li libActivities: /b Regular team events and activities /li libOwnership: /b High level of autonomy and responsibility /li libCrypto Salary: /b Option to get a part of your salary in Bitcoin and/or Ether /li libFitness: /b Sport over lunch activities /li libLocation: /b Office location in crypto valley right next to the train station of Zug /li libWorkation: /b Enjoy the flexibility of working across designated EU countries, with up to 10 days a year to combine work and travel /li /ul pbPlease note that for this position, only direct applications with a valid working permit for Switzerland will be considered. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
