Are you passionate about fabrication using state-of-the-art technologies? Are you skilled in both manufacturing techniques and mechanical assembly? Then this is an opportunity for you: you will be part of a multidisciplinary team creating a large variety of equipment and components used at CERN, in the framework of a wide range of research and development projects. The activities will be focusing on the construction and assembly of mechanical systems for radio-frequency crab cavities and related auxiliaries for the HL-LHC project, being performed at CERN and throughout an international collaboration of Institutes. * You have a professional background in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) and have either:
o aMaster's degree with 2 to 6 years of post-graduation professional experience;
o or aPhD with no more than 3 years of post-graduation professional experience.
* You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
