To reinforce our Finance Department in Brügg, we are recruiting a temporary professional for the position below.(Initial duration of 6 to 9 months, with potential for extension)Job DescriptionIn this position you are responsible for:Manage AR daily activities e.g. cash receipts allocationsBalance sheet reconciliationsSupport with Cash Statement preparationsBooking accruals and allocationsActive participation in monthly and year-end closings and reportingSupport the team during auditsInvolvement in the new ERP implementation projectParticipate in credit limits and bad debt assessment processesEnsure compliance with business procedures (e.g. SOX, US-GAAP, etc.)Participate in projects and process optimizationsYour profileCommercial apprenticeship or similar or high school diploma with relevant internshipsAt least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within an international environmentVery good English skills is a must, both in oral and written; French and/or German desirable.
