What You Will Do At Parashift
The T&L Rainmaker: Target and aggressively close high‑value mid‑market and enterprise clients, with a massive focus on converting leads within the logistics and supply chain sectors into lasting ARR.
Strategic Execution: Spearhead complex sales initiatives, transforming qualified prospects into enduring partnerships through relentless, targeted outreach and a consultative, solution‑driven approach.
Value‑Driven Demonstrations: Deliver razor‑sharp, customised product demonstrations. You don't pitch features; you align Parashift’s capabilities (like massive process efficiency and autonomous automation) directly with the business pain of COOs and process owners.
Close the Deals: Negotiate and finalise high‑value, multi‑year agreements (typically $50k – $200k), confidently navigating complex technical sales processes, procurement departments, and multiple C‑level decision‑makers.
Relationship Building: Foster enduring, trust‑driven relationships with clients through proactive communication, extreme reliability and consistent follow‑ups.
Ruthless Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline with extreme discipline; conduct rigorous regular reviews to prioritise opportunities, maintain high deal velocity and ensure no momentum is ever lost.
What You Bring To Parashift’s Success
Unmatched Ambition & Grit: You possess a "crazy‑ass" work ethic, are fiercely driven, highly resilient and obsessed with crushing your quota. You have a proven track record of excelling and delivering results in high‑growth, high‑pressure startup or scale‑up environments.
Deep Logistics DNA (Mandatory): You must have a solid background or an existing, active network within the Transport & Logistics industry (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs). You know exactly how this industry ticks, how it buys, and what keeps its executives awake at night.
B2B SaaS Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful closing experience in complex, technical B2B sales (preferably SaaS/software).
Process & Tech Expertise: Solid understanding of ERP, DMS and automation markets. Familiarity with AI, enterprise tech solutions and typical mid‑size‑client inbound processes (like P2P/O2C and supply chain document flows).
Exceptional Communicator & Fast Learner: You are incredibly precise with language, possessing strong writing, speaking and presentation skills. You are exceptionally quick on the uptake, grasping complex concepts rapidly and adapting your pitch on the fly.
Discipline: You are organised, self‑motivated and take absolute ownership of your numbers and daily output without needing to be micro‑managed.
Education: We do not care about education as long as you can prove prior success and industry expertise.
Languages: Native‑level German and fluent English are absolutely mandatory. French is a HUGE plus and will be a catalyst for your success in expanding our European footprint.
