High-Growth Sales Director Opportunity
As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in key markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting senior legal executives, with a focus on selling high-value legal process solutions into major organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the board of directors
* Drive €2M+ of new business per year through outbound BD and pipeline management
* Develop and execute complex sales strategies targeting senior legal stakeholders
* Sell high-value legal process solutions into major organizations
* Lead long, complex sales cycles with senior legal stakeholders
* Owning deals end-to-end – prospect to close
Requirements:
* Ideal 10+ years of experience in legal or professional services sales
* Proven track record of closing large, complex deals regularly (€2 million annually)
* A strong network and credibility with GCs, legal ops, and procurement teams in your core market
* Experience selling legal tech, ALSP, or e-discovery solutions
