Role Description
This is a remote unpaid #456 volunteer opportunity for the role of Global HR Manager - Volunteers at KI|E|RO Swiss. The HR Manager will coordinate global volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with the organizational mission and goals. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies to recruit diverse talent, managing volunteer onboarding processes, building strong relationships to support volunteer teams, and collaborating across departments to address staffing needs.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and HR best practices.
* Experience in team building, leadership, and volunteer coordination.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and remotely distributed team.

* Proficiency in tools for remote collaboration, such as project management and communication platforms.
