We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Marketing Experience) in Switzerland.
This role is designed for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing analytics, client delivery, and modern data platforms. You will work closely with enterprise clients to transform complex, multi-source marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance. The position requires strong technical expertise in data modeling, BI tools, and SQL, combined with the ability to communicate insights directly to stakeholders. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and high-quality reporting across all outputs. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate with teams across engineering, analytics, and client success. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes how leading brands understand and optimize their marketing performance.
Accountabilities
Own end-to-end delivery for assigned client accounts, translating business needs into structured data and analytics solutions
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
Design and manage scalable data models integrating multiple marketing data sources (CRM, ad platforms, web analytics, etc.)
Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigation purposes
Manage data transformations using dbt and ensure reliability of ELT/ETL pipelines
Map and document complex data flows across multi-source marketing ecosystems
Conduct QA and UAT processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in data outputs
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in marketing data and communicate insights clearly to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver actionable analytical solutions
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SQL experience in data analytics or engineering environments
Strong expertise in at least one BI tool (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau), with the ability to work across platforms
Proven experience working with multiple marketing data sources simultaneously
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensional modeling)
Knowledge of ELT/ETL processes and ability to debug transformation logic
Strong experience with QA/UAT processes and data validation practices
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders
English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
Proficiency with AI tools and ability to integrate them into analytical workflows
Experience presenting insights and analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Nice to have
Experience with Google Analytics and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing attribution or Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
Experience with dbt in analytics workflows
Python or other scripting language for data analysis or automation
Knowledge of data observability or data quality frameworks
