Responsibilities:
In this role you design a MS 365 solution (plan, architect and structure). You deploy, administer and optimize MS 365 core services. You also implement security best practices, manage identify and access policies and ensure compliance. You are in charge of user and licence management and in addition you monitor and resolve issues, you lead and assist in migration and you develop automation scripts.
Profile :
1. Bachelor in computer science
2. Minimum 5 years experience managing Microsoft 365 and on-prem AD
3. Experience in international environnement, a plus
4. Excellent knowledge in MS 365
5. MS 365 Certified Administrator Expert
6. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
7. Very good knowledge with PowerShell scripting for automation
8. Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, and Purview for security and compliance
9. Good knowledge with hybrid deployments (on-prem AD + Azure AD)
10. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
11. Good knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem AD
12. ITIL frameworks and service management processes
13. English fluent and French or German would be a plus
