This role is pivotal in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the highest standards of data privacy within the medical device software landscape. You will bridge the gap between technical security measures and the strategic needs of our growing global team.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the company-wide information security strategy and roadmap.Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.Lead compliance efforts for relevant standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.Manage risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response protocols.Supervise the procurement and management of hardware/software for a distributed workforce.Foster a culture of security awareness through continuous training and policy development.Requirements8 years of experience in a similar position (Finance sector start search)Demonstrated entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.Significant experience in information security and IT leadership, ideally within the healthcare or finance industry.Expertise in cloud security architecture (AWS) and modern infrastructure tools.Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and data privacy initiatives.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.BenefitsA chance to be part of an exceptional team driving innovation in healthcare.A competitive salary in a supportive work environment that fosters work-life balance.Opportunities for professional growth and development in an international setting.
