Senior Counsel / Senior Investment Funds Lawyer | Baar (Zug), Switzerland Our client, a leading global private markets investment platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Investment Funds Lawyer to join its structuring team based in Zug, Switzerland. This is a senior, high-impact role with a strong focus on fund formation, documentation strategy and execution, operating across a global investor base.
