Railway Operations Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Railway Operations Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing track maintenance sites, ensuring the availability of our fleet of working machines, and acting as a permanent link between our crews, clients, and headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement service agreements with clients and guarantee safety rules on worksites.
* Monitor the progress of work on sites in compliance with cost and deadline objectives.
* E nsure communication with clients, manage complaints, and adapt to technical developments.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a technician or engineer with knowledge of railway vehicles who has experience in site management and/or maintenance. Desired knowledge of ECM levels 3 and 4 in fleet management is an advantage. Proficiency in German English French; mastery of a fourth language is essential You must be comfortable communicating demonstrating analytical skills sharp senses know how to manage multiple tasks parallel establishing priorities remaining available enjoy business travel approximately percent time starting date as soon possible.
