Store Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our shop in Lugano. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, analysing sales reports, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager, with a strong background in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising. You will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The successful candidate will receive relocation assistance and store discount benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve turnover targets and analyse sales reports to determine business needs.
* Implement strategies to improve individual and collective performance, including defining objectives for sales advisers and motivating team members.
* Ensure the quality of customer service, resolve customer complaints, and support decisions made by sales advisers.
* Maintain the maintenance, presentation, and organisation of the shop, ensuring payment procedures are followed and monitoring expenditure on blinds.
* Manage inventory, set up staff schedules, and maintain good communication with company members and other teams.
Requirements:
* Solid experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
* Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
