The Group Investment Management (GIM) at Zurich defines and implements the Group’s investment strategy across all major asset classes, manages investment decisions within the Group’s risk and capital framework, provides centralized investment expertise, and ensures robust governance and oversight across regions and business units. GIM collaborates with local and central stakeholders to optimize investment outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and create long‑term value for the Zurich Group.As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a series of audits. You may work in close collaboration with audit team members across Group Audit, or take on more complex areas directly, and will coordinate with regional technical centres of excellence and the wider regional team as relevant to deliver the best possible outcomes.What You Will DoHigh Quality Audits: Deliver audits to exceptional quality, on time and within budget. Collaborate with GA’s Centers of Excellence to enhance audit practices and outcomes. Encourage use of Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI within the audit process.Insightful Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, impactful audit reports with key findings and agreed actions to senior management.Build Strong Connections: Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with stakeholders throughout audits and related interactions.Foster a Learning Culture: Develop yourself and support the growth of the team. Champion experimentation and continuous learning; coach and upskill team members and foster an open learning environment.Embrace New World Skills: Enhance skills in Data, IT, and GenAI, recognizing their importance for audit outcomes and future-proofing capabilities.Support wider Audit Activities: Contribute to risk assessment development, audit planning, team meetings, trainings, etc.Collaborate AsOne: Work with all levels to achieve the best possible audit outcomes.Uphold Ethics and Integrity: Model high standards of ethics and integrity and ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies.What You BringRelevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or professional qualification: chartered accountant, CFA, Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or CIAMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience, including Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance; preferably within Insurance or Financial ServicesExperience within complex, fast-moving, international organizationsStrong understanding of Internal Audit Standards and methodology and internal control frameworks; strong report writing skillsStrong relationship management skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders across levelsExperience dealing with regulators and/or external stakeholders is preferredStrong understanding of Investment Management and Asset ManagementGood experience/understanding of Data, IT and AI applicationsStrong project management skills with ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, and coach others to deliver on time and to high qualityPassion and enthusiasm to grow professionally and help others growFluent verbal and written EnglishYou Belong HereImagine working in one of the world’s most sustainable workplaces.
