The role is a /em strongemfull-cycle closing position /em /strong emsupported by /em strongeminbound, partner, webinar, event and referral-generated leads /em /strongem. Today, more than strong100 bodyshops in 8 countries /strong use aspaara, with a strong customer base in Switzerland and Germany. Customers include leading automotive groups such as strongBinelli Group, AMAG and Auto Lang Group AG. /strong /p pFollowing strong growth, we are now hiring an strongAccount Executive focused on DACH /strong to help convert qualified opportunities into customers and support the next phase of growth. /p pstrongYour mission /strong /p pAs strongAccount Executive /strong, you will own qualified commercial opportunities from first meeting to signed contract. /p pThis is a strongfull-cycle closing role /strong supported by strong partner-led demand. Leads are generated through strategic industry partners, webinars, inbound marketing, events and referrals. /p pYou will sell to strongbodyshops, dealer groups and multi-site repair operators. /strong Customers often start with one location, see measurable operational value, and then expand over time across additional sites. /p pYour job is to engage decision-makers, run a structured sales process, demonstrate value and strongclose new ARR. /strong When there is a clear operational need and the right stakeholders are engaged, opportunities can move quickly from first qualified conversation to signed contract. /p pYou will report directly to the strongCEO and co-founder /strong, working closely with him during your ramp. aspaara has a well-defined sales process that is already working; due to growing demand, we are now hiring our first dedicated strongAccount Executive focused on DACH /strong to help run this proven sales motion where we already have strong customer traction and leading automotive groups working with aspaara. /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liOwn strongqualified opportunities across DACH /strong from first conversation to signed contract. /li liConvert strongpartner-generated, webinar, event and inbound leads /strong into paying customers. /li liRun discovery with strongbodyshop managers, workshop owners, heads of operations and dealer group leadership /strong. /li liUnderstand customer workflows, planning challenges and capacity constraints, then translate them into a clear business case. /li liDeliver strongproduct demos and sales presentations /strong tailored to operational decision-makers. /li liManage stakeholders across strongsingle-site bodyshops, dealer groups and multi-site repair operators /strong. /li liPrepare proposals, handle commercial conversations and strongclose new ARR /strong. /li liManage your pipeline accurately in strongPipedrive /strong. /li liRepresent aspaara at selected strongcustomer meetings, partner events and trade fairs /strong. /li liIdentify expansion opportunities across additional sites and business units. /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul listrong2–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience /strong. /li liProven experience strongclosing deals from first customer conversation to signed contract /strong. /li liProven track record of strongmeeting or exceeding quota /strong in a B2B SaaS closing role. /li liExperience selling to strongSMB or mid-market customers /strong. /li liAbility to manage a strongstructured sales process with multiple stakeholders /strong. /li liStrong discovery skills and the ability to identify strongbusiness pain, urgency and value /strong. /li liConfidence running demos and explaining software in a practical, customer-oriented way. /li listrongFluent German and English /strong. /li liBased in or able to work from strongZurich /strong, with strong3 days per week in the office /strong. /li liWillingness to travel approximately strong1–2 days per month /strong for customers, partners and events. /li /ul pstrongNice to have /strong /p ul liExperience selling into strongautomotive, aftersales, workshops or dealer groups /strong.
