We are looking for aSenior Process Engineerto join our Process Solutionsteam in Switzerland.
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
* Process design of equipment and units for separation processes, especially for systems with high complexity
* Technical support to Sales and Applications & Technology engineers in the bidding phase
* Performance of basic engineering and detailed engineering work (process)
* Project management with technical and commercial responsibility for engineering projects (e.g. studies)
* Sizing of process equipment (columns, vessels, heat exchangers, etc)
* Taking ownership for improvement and development of the technology - in coordination with R&D
* Responsible for the Sulzer process scope in project teams and towards our clients
* Support commissioning and optimization of units for thermal separation
* Participation in technical reviews with clients (P&ID reviews, HAZOP, etc)
* Lead internal development projects for continuous improvement
* Know how conservation and documentation maintenance
To succeed in this role, you will need :
* University degree in process or chemical engineering and looking forward to contribute with your talent and engagement to a well-established team of process engineers
* At least 7 years of experience in process design and knowledge on separation technologies
* Passion towork in a core discipline of engineering, play a key role in project teams and maintain regular contact to our international client base
* Enjoy totraveland spend time abroad for meetings and commissioning (global travelling approx. 30%)
* Fluent in English and preferably in German language
* You are able to adapt to people in other disciplines and various cultures
* Your colleagues appreciate your hands-on personality with a passion for engineering works and process design
