We’re looking for a Modern Workplace IT Support Technician to join an international environment where collaboration, reliability, and user satisfaction matter every day.
Your role
You’ll be part of a small, hands‑on IT team supporting users across different sites.
Your mission: keep everything running smoothly – from laptops and Microsoft 365 tools to network connections and conference systems.
You’ll handle support requests, set up new devices, maintain user access, and make sure colleagues get the most from their modern workplace.
What you bring
* A background in IT (CFC or equivalent) and 1–3 years in user support.
* Good knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365 & Azure Entra.
* A structured, service‑oriented mindset — and curiosity to keep learning.
* Fluency in English, German (minimum B2), French is a plus.
* A driving license, as you’ll occasionally visit nearby sites.
* MS‑900 & ITIL certified (mandatory)
