Responsibilities Act as the main finance contact for Swiss, and international entities, covering statutory accounting, tax, and governance matters. Coordinate statutory reporting, equity analysis, fixed asset registers, and audit submissions. Manage local tax filings including VAT, PIT, GST, Stamp Tax, and withholding taxes, and support indirect tax audits. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for board meetings, monitor capital expenditures, and support cashflow planning and funding. Organise and record corporate governance activities, including meeting preparation, documentation, and minutes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA or CPA qualification is an advantage. At least eight years of accounting experience in a multinational environment. Fluent in German with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with statutory reporting, audit coordination, and Swiss tax compliance. Background in corporate governance, capital expenditure control, and treasury support.
