As Lead Staffing Manager, you act as a strategic business partner to our Market Units. You enable sustainable growth by aligning client demand, commercial priorities, and workforce capabilities.
You create transparency on supply and demand, anticipate gaps early, and steer staffing decisions in close collaboration with Market Units and Practices.
How you'll make an impact
* Partner with Market Unit leaders to translate pipeline and strategy into forward‑looking staffing plans
* Provide transparency on capacity, bench, and capability gaps to support informed business decisions
* Align project staffing with commercial priorities, development goals, and long‑term capability needs
* Own and facilitate resolution of staffing trade‑offs across Market Units and Practices
* Continuously improve staffing governance, processes, data quality, and steering mechanisms
What's important to us
* 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or staffing in a professional services environment and 10+ years of relevant industry background
* Proven ownership mindset with the drive to proactively steer topics, challenge the status quo, and deliver results
* Strategic thinker who navigates ambiguity and balances competing interests with sound judgment
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret pipeline, revenue dynamics, and supply/demand data
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, resolve competing priorities, and drive alignment across teams.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
