The Generative AI (genAI) Programme is a key element of the bank’s digital transformation strategy, designed to unlock client value, innovation opportunities and efficiencies through responsible adoption of advanced AI technologies. With high visibility, the programme is an essential contributor to the bank’s future operating model.
As member of the programme management office, you will support this strategic initiative by engaging with stakeholders throughout the Bank, defining business outcomes for our AI ambitions, and guiding the journey from ideation to implementation of impactful genAI use cases.
IHRE AUFGABEN
Programme Management & Governance
* Act as PMO in support of the genAI programme across multiple business and technology streams, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence
* Define and track milestones, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with programme objectives, while maintaining key documentation and dashboards
* Coordinate Steering Committees and other essential meetings
Management of genAI Use Case Pipeline
* Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of genAI use cases (from ideation and prioritization to implementation and adoption)
* Ensure a high-value AI use case pipeline prioritized by impact, feasibility, and ROI
* Closely coordinate with the delivery organization for JB proprietary use cases and orchestrate other use cases (embedded AI, SaaS solutions) with the responsible entities
* Manage community of “citizen developers” and respective use cases
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
* Engage with stakeholders across divisions and functions to ensure alignment, secure sponsorship, and build momentum to drive enterprise-wide adoption
* Provide transparent progress reporting and articulate the strategic case for genAI to business and technical audiences
genAI Strategy & Change Enablement
* Contribute to the evolution of the bank’s genAI strategy, defining programme priorities and execution roadmaps
* Ensure effective adoption and change management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders; drive employee upskilling in AI, ML, and data literacy
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience
* University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
* Work experience in a Private Bank and relevant business knowledge
* Proven track record in programme or project management, ideally in complex, cross-functional environments
* Demonstrated delivery experience in technology-driven transformation or innovation programmes
Skills & Competencies
* Strong programme management capabilities, including planning, coordination, milestone tracking, and reporting
* Solid understanding of AI and emerging technologies, with curiosity and passion for their business application
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging credibly with senior executives
* Ability to influence and win support without formal authority in a matrixed environment
* Strong analytical and business case development skills, with a results-oriented mindset
* Hands‑on attitude and entrepreneurial approach, combining strategic thinking with operational execution
* Familiarity with working at the business–IT interface and managing technical complexity from a business perspective
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and other collaboration tools (Sharepoint, JIRA, etc.)
