We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing tailored solutions for clients, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals. They will also stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
Requirements
* Fluent/native English speaker with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
* Proven experience in the Forex field with evidence of having an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (Net Deposit) per month.
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
