Training :
* Masters/Diploma in computer engineering or business school with IT knowledge.
Core competencies :
* 6+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master on agile projects in IT environments undergoing agile transformation.
* Proficiency in SCRUM and Kanban agile frameworks.
* Experience in agility at scale.
* Good knowledge of different agility tools and workshop facilitation techniques.
* Successful experience in Agile transformation, taking into account the context and maturity of each stakeholder.
* Fluency in written and spoken French.
* Mastery of the Jira tool.
* Sensitivity to software quality.
* Knowledge of visual management tools.
Optional skills :
* Agile coaching certification (SCRUM, SAFe).
* Successful experience in a government or similar environment.
