Your Mission (should you choose to accept it) 🚀

As our agency is growing, we need some additional flexible resources. You would receive a jointly agreed project management fee for each project and an hourly fee for non-project work. This opportunity is a good fit for someone who is already freelancing.

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Freelance Web Project Manager / Account Manager who can manage website and app development projects from start to finish — and keep clients smiling in both French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧.

You’ll coordinate designers and developers, ensure smooth client communication, and even get involved in tenders and proposal presentations.

Your To-Do List (That You’ll Actually Want to Do)✅

* Drafting and finalizing the contract with the Client
* Defining specifications together with the client
* Developing design together with the client and the design team
* Oversee the development process
* Testing, client feedback implementation, bug fixing rounds
* Training the client on the use of the software
* Launching the website / app and coordinate any potential bug fixing

Client acquisition

* Contact the potential clients and qualify whether it is a serious lead
* Gather questions, prepare a proposal presentation, and a cost estimate
* Present the proposal to the client

The management and the project team will support you extensively in the sales and project management process.

What We’re Looking For 🎯

* Fluent in French and English
* Based in or near Geneva (available for occasional in-person meetings)
* 5–10 years of experience in web project management and account management
* Experience with app projects is a plus
* Confident, independent, proactive — we trust professionals, not micromanage them 😉
* Curious and eager to learn
* Available for client meetings in Geneva and Suisse Romande
