Based in Baden, Switzerland, you will actively help develop solutions that reduce emissions and boost energy efficiency in transport and marine industries.

Mit Sitz in Baden, Schweiz, tragen Sie aktiv zur Entwicklung von Lösungen bei, die Emissionen reduzieren und die Energieeffizienz im Transport- und Marinebereich steigern.
Responsibilities
* Mechanical design and documentation of turbocharger components throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept to manufacturing support and service readiness.
* Design (2D/3D) and product documentation for cutting‑edge and robust turbocharger products.
* Participation in product development and change‑management processes with design tasks across the product life cycle.
* Design responsibility for individual tasks and project activities.
* Collaboration with product groups across the entire value chain in international and intercultural teams (project management, base development, procurement, manufacturing and service).
* Support first‑article and quality‑standard approvals of our Asian cooperation partners.
* Participation in the quality assurance process, including resolution of non‑conformances.
Qualifications
* Degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, technical or equivalent (MSc, BSc, Technician).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design—preferably with rotating machinery, turbomachinery, or engine components.
* Proficiency with 3D CAD tools—preferably Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
* Familiarity with ERP systems—ideally SAP.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and sense of ownership.
* Team‑oriented, open‑minded, with good communication skills.
* Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
