The Communications and Events Coordinator supports the promotion of SUMAS’ educational programs, and fosters valuable collaborations with schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the organization of on-campus and online events, ensuring effective planning and smooth execution.
Oversee and perform regular website maintenance to ensure content is current and accurate.
Update marketing materials and ensure they remain aligned with the institution's brand and recruitment objectives.
Coordinate the ordering of marketing materials.
Implement promotional activities in collaboration with international partner schools.
Engage with the alumni community to collect updated content, fostering ongoing relations and supporting alumni-related initiatives.
Deliver oral presentations of SUMAS’ educational offerings in an engaging and effective manner.
Collaborate closely with SUMAS team to implement shared projects .i
