Job Opportunity: BI Consultant Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence consultant to lead a team in data and cloud consulting. As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding technical teams in the DWH domain and motivating them to achieve success.
About Our Expectations:
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies, including Qlik, Talend, Azure Synapse, DBT, Snowflake, and Databricks, as well as cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical teams in the DWH domain with a customer-centric approach.
* Tackle challenges together with your team in a goal-oriented manner.
* Think critically and understand how to digitize and optimize business processes.
* Support as a subject matter expert in acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and preparing proposals.
Requirements:
* Solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies in environments such as Qlik, Talend, Azure Synapse, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
* Several years (3+ years preferred) of experience in building and leading teams as well as interacting with C-level stakeholders (internal/external).
* Excellent German and English skills.
* Possess a talent for creative problem-solving and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics.
