For an important pharmaceutical company based in the Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a Manager, Execution Planner 100% H/F. Temporary contract until the end of the year to provide support for the supply planning and execution process across internal and external manufacturing sites in a global environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product availability while balancing customer demand and efficiency.Manager, Execution Planner H/FMISSION DESCRIPTIONDevelop and manage supply and execution plans for assigned products with internal and external manufacturing sites, logistics, and supply chain teams, ensuring continuity of demand and supply using ERP systems (SAP), adjusting production and inventory plans as demand changes. Monitor inventory levels and purchase orders to prevent shortages, excess, or obsolescence. Identify, assess, and report key supply risks and constraints, reporting key supply chain KPIs such as backorders, inventory compliance, and planning accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and new product launches.Requirements: 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a global manufacturing or pharmaceutical context. Understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes. Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and analysis tools (Excel, BI). Strong stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
