We are currently looking for a Data Analyst, Regulatory Analytics and Reporting in Switzerland.
This role sits at the heart of a high-trust, compliance-driven data environment where analytics directly supports regulatory integrity and strategic decision-making. You will transform complex compliance, risk, and regulatory datasets into clear, actionable insights for both operational teams and senior leadership. Working in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting, you will ensure data is accurate, audit-ready, and scalable across multiple reporting frameworks. The role blends deep analytical work with strong cross-functional collaboration across compliance, engineering, and risk teams. You will help design and automate data models, dashboards, and reporting systems that improve visibility and reduce manual effort. Accountabilities:
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports that translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders and compliance teams
Develop and automate end-to-end data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and ensure data accuracy
Build and maintain high-quality, audit-ready datasets and data models using SQL, Python, dbt, and orchestration tools such as Airflow
Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and compliance to deliver robust reporting systems and data solutions
Monitor data quality across compliance datasets, identify issues, and coordinate timely remediation with relevant teams
Support regulatory audits, risk assessments, and ad-hoc data requests with accurate and well-documented analysis
Communicate insights clearly through data storytelling to influence compliance strategy and operational decisions
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or analytics within financial services or regulated industries
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
Strong Python skills with experience using data libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, or plotly
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools for structured analytics workflows
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflow orchestration systems
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, QuickSight, or Superset
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-scrutiny, audit-driven environments
