To strengthen our global gas analytics team, we are looking for a motivated Global Product Manager Gas Analytics 100%, all genders
In this role, your responsibilities include:
You own the GPro 500 TDL analyzer and InPro 6800 G oxygen sensor product lines globally and act as key liaison between factory and field teams
You collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain and also with Sales Organizations across 40 countries
You drive new product development by gathering market requirements and defining technical specifications for hardware, firmware, and software
You define customer use cases, value propositions and product positioning and you develop marketing and sales materials with Global Marketing
You oversee product quality notifications, troubleshoot field technical issues, coordinate root cause investigations, and champion engineering improvement projects
You manage product lifecycles, including phase-in and phase-out processes, and communicate product line changes to the sales channels
You support local sales and technical teams worldwide with product launches, trainings, events, and customer education
You monitor competitive products and technologies, you clearly segment industries and applications; you formulate clear product strength statements and sales arguments
The following requirements are necessary for this role:
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in natural science, ideally in Chemistry, Physics or Chemical Engineering or related field; experience with Spectroscopy, Process Analytics or Analytical Chemistry is a plus
You have at least 5 years of experience in a global matrix organization and possess experience in / knowledge of Product Management
You are highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach and strong planning and organizational abilities
You are able to motivate cross-functional teams, demonstrate good networking skills and communicate confidently with international sales organizations and customers, both verbally and in writing
You are experienced with international technical case management and effectively collaborate to handle sometimes complex issues across global teams
You exhibit strong task prioritization skills, maintain focus in dynamic environments and are comfortable making decisions even with imperfect information
You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in German is a big plus
Willingness to travel worldwide about 10-15%
