Talent Acquisition Partner (German speaker) / Contract
Lead the full recruitment cycle for roles in Switzerland and Europe, with a strong focus on the German Pharmaceutical market, from job posting to offer and contract changes. Hire mainly for commercial and medical functions and support the build-up of Key Account Management and other teams. Recruitment workflows and support additional European markets when required. Manage several roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* BA in HR, Business Administration or related field or work experience
* 4+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience, must include experience hiring in the German market
* Experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech market required
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ATS
* Strong sourcing skills and confident using Office 365 and digital recruiting tools
* Experience partnering with senior leaders across functions
* Comfortable operating in a growing, dynamic environment
