Your contribution to the company
* Targeted and personalised advice on insurance solutions to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
* Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
* Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region’s client portfolio
* Placement of other AXA products (finance and pension, health services)
* Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools
Your skills and talents
* With a professional diploma and initial experience related to advice or sales, you have a keen interest in training or improving yourself in the insurance field; holding the AFA is an additional asset
* You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric, a wide network in the Geneva region as well as a strong knowledge of the Swiss social system because you live there
* Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contacts with others, you seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
* You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
* Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
* You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
