Our mentoring programme supports new joiners in understanding company culture and building their network across the organisation.The HSEC & Human Rights TeamThe HSEC (Health, Safety, Environment and Communities) and Human Rights team is based in Baar, Switzerland and is supported by a number of departmental HSEC and Human Rights teams for each of the commodities. With a strong operational background, our team works collaboratively with functions and departments to provide leadership, expertise, advice and guidance on material HSEC and Human Rights issues.Who we look forWe are looking for students who are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – with a preference for those who have studied Environmental / Earth sciences, or Occupational Health & SafetyApplications are open now and close on October 10 – applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so an earlier application may lead to an earlier decision.
