Logistics Specialist and Distribution Planner
Reports to the Logistics and Distribution Lead and is an on‑site position in Grens, Vaud. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of goods transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to support manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
* Primary focus on all activities around planning of materials or finished goods.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for demand and supply planning, ensuring high quality and timely availability for customers.
* Support all logistics activities around manufacturing site, including sterilization, device handling, transportation and carrier management.
* Deliver and exceed targeted key performance indicators (OTD, ITO).
* Implement and maintain tools and dashboards for metric visibility and communication.
* Monitor performance with internal and external service providers.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective action plans.
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering or supply chain.
* Five years of proven experience in supply chain, preferably in logistics, distribution or materials planning.
* ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle (EBS and ASCP).
* Proven ability to work on cross‑functional and multicultural teams, open‑minded, data‑driven, customer‑centric.
* Fluent in English and French.
* APICS certification preferred.
