As Store Manager in Verbier, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café, leading your team on the floor, and acting as the main point of contact between your store and our HQ (Operations, Finance and Admin teams).
This is a hands‑on management role, you will work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with your team while also driving performance, maintaining standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Proven experience in a similar management role in hospitality or food & beverage
Natural leader with strong communication and people management skills
Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
Customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences
Comfortable working with cash, reporting tools, and basic admin systems
Proactive, autonomous, and at ease in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Fluent in English and French (Spanish/Swedish would be a plus)
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA nationality required
