Today MSC is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Competition / Antitrust Team.
Y****OUR IMPACT The Competition and Antitrust Team, provides competition/antitrust and maritime regulatory support across the MSC Group in a complex and fast‑evolving global environment. You will be joining a young, dynamic and passionate team. Your role involves advising business teams and stakeholders on regulatory risks, transactions, investigations and compliance matters, while working closely with internal partners and external counsel worldwide.

Provide competition/antitrust support to M&A and other transactions across the MSC Group, including merger control assessment, strategy and filings where relevant.
Handle information requests, inquiries and investigations by authorities globally; coordinate document collection and submissions with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Conduct legal research; interpret applicable rules, regulations and case law; and support representa
