You will take on a key role in analyzing business challenges, designing future-ready solutions, and implementing change – from strategy to execution. You act as a trusted advisor to clients and a driving force within interdisciplinary project teams.
- Management consulting for our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks
- Preparation of technical concepts and implementation planning
- Build strong client relationships and manage key stakeholders
- Responsibility for subject area content within projects
- Management of project teams
About you:
- Very good Master's degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
- 2-4 years of professional experience in the financial industry or consulting sector
- Affinity for IT
- Fluent language skills (min. B2 level) in German and English
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- High capacity for teamwork and social skills
- Willingness to travel
