For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst (m/f/d).
Your Tasks:
* Elicit, analyze, validate, and document detailed business requirements
* Provide expertise and a deep understanding of current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes
* Document and track ongoing tasks and deliverables
* Identify risks, issues, and benefits associated with current and proposed solutions
* Conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses to support operational issue resolution
* Contribute to test plan development, testing activities, and implementation processes
* Model business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or another analytical field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, quality, and process
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative
* Positive mindset and adaptability within a dynamic environment
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks under pressure
* Excellent listening, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management abilities
* Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum) project environments
* Creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to address business challenges
* Experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance is highly preferred
* Fluent in written and spoken English
