Responsible for internal and external communications, developing strategies for communication improvement as well as project management for assigned areas. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liComplies with all Department of Labor guidelines, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, Job Corps notices and bulletins, and Insights Training Group, LLC policies and procedures by maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics in all actions. /li liKeeps current with all Department of Labor Job Corps Program policies and ensures contract compliance. /li liManage external communication channels for social media platforms, company website, media relations, and company newsletters. /li liPerform communications research and monitor the progress of various communication strategies. /li liCollaborate with corporate and contract staff for business and community partnerships as well as workforce councils. /li liDevelop and maintain library of standard operating procedures, audits, assessments, policies, and other documents as required. /li liComplete corporate assessments, organize reports and monitor follow up. /li liRead and coordinate overall preparation of requests for proposals. /li liSet and meet deadlines for content development for requests for proposals. /li liWrite SOPs and training modules to document operational processes to support effectiveness, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction, and to increase productivity and quality. /li liReview SOPs, Desktop Procedures, and other Center plans to ensure compliance and make changes, recommendations as necessary. /li liPerforms a variety of audit functions of Center, O/A and CTS contracts, to ensure quality and contract compliance with all company policies, DOL requirements and/or other regulations. /li liMonitor statistical performance and maintain accurate record keeping. /li liFoster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity on each Center contract. /li liExplore innovative initiatives to increase efficiency and supports corporate initiatives. /li liModel, mentor, and monitor appropriate career, employability skills for dress, language, and work habits. /li liPerform other duties as assigned within the individual’s scope and capabilities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbQualifications: /b To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
