FPA Analyst plays a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and investor relations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic insights for shareholders, management, and the Board.
Key Requirements
* Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration.
* 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or Big Four (Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence).
* Experience in fintech/IT is an advantage.
* Financial modeling skills are a big plus.
* Strong understanding of financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) and core finance/accounting concepts.
* Knowledge of RAS and IFRS basics, including financial consolidation.
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare consolidated Cash Flow statements per company guidelines.
* Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts.
* Conduct monthly financial analysis, monitor budget variances, and track execution.
* Generate ad-hoc reports for Financial Controller, CEO, and Board.
* Investor Relations & Business Reporting:
o Prepare structured business updates for shareholders.
o Develop presentations for the Board of Directors, including strategic and financial reports.
o Support company valuation, investor engagement, and financial modeling.
o Analyze market trends and competitor performance.
o Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards.
