Position Summary
As an Operations Strategy Consultant, you will have an impact on key decisions that will shape Nestlé’s operations footprint across the globe and businesses.
A Day in the Life of an Operations Strategy Consultant
* Identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long term competitiveness and profitable growth
* Drive global supply network design and capital allocation to achieve company objectives
* Drive the overall analytical approach in line with the project investment objectives
* Challenge and derive conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
* Present impactful recommendations to Top Management
What Will Make You Successful
* University degree in finance, business, economics or engineering (MBA is a plus)
* Solid experience in a strategy consulting group, finance or operations functions preferably in the FMCG sector
* Experience in a project driven environment
* Motivation to learn about Operations, and Manufacturing processes
* Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly
* Excellent team player, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and outstanding communication skills
* Fluent in English, any other language a plus
