Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Geneva, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will work to generate new business leads, maintain and develop customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by converting prospects into clients. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing product or service knowledge to meet client needs.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer relationship management, client communication, and lead generation
* Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
* Proficiency in presenting products or services and tailoring solutions to client needs
* Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a part-time schedule effectively
* Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and market research techniques is an advantage
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
