Your Mission
1. Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region
2. Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets
3. Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals
4. Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners
5. Support the on-boarding and mentoring of future sales talents as the organization grows
Your Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
6. Identify opportunities and close deals as a result of the full sales cycle support
7. Achieve and measure Biz Dev KPIs and ensure alignment with the Business Unit revenue targets
8. Develop strategic account plans and regional growth strategies
9. Identify new customers and market opportunities
10. Conduct customer visits and maintain strong field presence across the region
11. Represent the company at trade fairs
12. Drive C-level interaction between EM and customers / eco-system partners
13. Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts with the different internal and external stakeholders (R&D, legal, quality and logistics)
Strategic Collaboration
14. Work closely with BUs Product Management, and Development to refine go-to-market strategies
15. Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation priorities
16. Collaborate with Marketing Communication teams to support campaigns, and market positioning
17. Interface effectively with Account Managers
Market & Technical Engagement
18. Understand customer application requirements and translate them into solution opportunities
19. Promote Bluetooth® Low Energy and ultra-low-power technologies in customer ecosystems
20. Support customers during evaluation and early project phases
