Job Description
:Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Manages and deploys internal end user technologies (e.g., SharePoint).
Job Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android Operating systems
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, Google Apps,VoIP
3. Basic server room knowledge
4. Fluent German and English
5. Time management skills
6. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
7. Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with end users
8. Ability to deliver at a high level, even when under pressure, when working both independantly and also as part of a team
9. Friendliness, team-player skills
10. Good negotiation and training skills
11. Ability to translate business needs into IT terms
