External Service Technician Region VS/VD 100% German/French Your tasks: You will independently carry out the commissioning and maintenance of our systems at customer sites in Western Switzerland, ensure the complete care of existing customers, including service calls, as well as analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of issues. You will contribute to the further development of service offerings and be the technical and technological support for customers in your region. You will ensure a smooth execution of operations and a high level of documentation of your interventions. You pay attention to compliance with customer profiles. You have completed training in electrical engineering, mechanics, plumbing or heating and possess electrical knowledge along with a strong interest in technical products. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the field and have experience in customer service environments, and are ready to work in Western Switzerland. You are fluent in French and German; good English skills are a plus. You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent social skills.
