Ensure the daily implementation of Concierge service standards and protocols. Oversee guest reception from arrival to departure and manage complex - Concierge requests. Supervise Concierge operations, including reservations, billing, and cash handling. Manage all types of guest reservations and services (restaurants, transportation, activities, medical appointments, etc.). Build strong guest relationships, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high guest satisfaction. Lead and coordinate the Concierge and Bell Staff teams in collaboration with the - Assistant Head Concierge. Organize daily operations, allocate tasks, and optimize staffing levels. Monitor departmental performance indicators and contribute to service quality improvements. Promote hotel services, develop guest loyalty, and drive revenue through cross-selling. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
