Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain power, analog, and digital electronics for current and next‑generation generator hardware platforms for EDM (electro‑discharge) machines.
Acquire and develop process‑control know‑how on EDM machines, including troubleshooting and process analysis, contributing to customer/field case resolution and working closely with application development teams.
Support component homologation, database management, and purchasing activities for new and second‑source components.
Collaborate with production teams on test system development and pre‑series activities.
Contribute to compliance with relevant standards throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in analog, power, and digital electronics design; knowledge of VHDL and electronic simulation tools.
Familiarity with measurement equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and programming languages (C, C++, C#, VB.NET).
Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink; FMEA and quality processes are a plus.
Methodical and rigorous approach, strong team orientation, and genuine drive for continuous improvement.
Fluent in Italian; technical English (oral and written) required.
