Ph3Senior Denim Designer /h3 pWe're here to make you feel sexy, empowered UNSTOPPABLE. /p pFounded in 1984, TALLY WEiJL has been on a crazy journey to celebrate fashion, independence, fun, love, community for close to 40 years. /p pToday we’re present in 7 markets with about 400 stores, online presence, and 3m+ fans across social channels. /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Denim Designer to lead the creative development of our denim category, driving innovation, product excellence, and commercial success. /p pThis role reports directly to the Head of Product and plays a key role in shaping the denim vision in line with brand identity, customer needs, and market trends. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design and development of the denim collections, ensuring alignment with brand DNA, seasonal direction, and commercial targets. /li liDefine key trends, washes, fits, fabrics, and detailing for the denim category, bringing a strong point of view and product vision. /li liCollaborate closely with Product, Buying, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless product development process from concept to final production. /li liDrive research and inspiration for denim, including fabrics, laundries, treatments, and innovations. /li liOversee fittings and ensure the highest standards of fit, quality, and consistency across the category. /li liDevelop and manage detailed technical packs, ensuring accuracy and clarity for suppliers. /li liBuild strong relationships with suppliers, mills, and laundries to ensure innovation, quality, and timely delivery. /li liMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously evolve the denim offering. /li liSupport and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. /li liEnsure all developments are delivered on time and in line with the critical path. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liStrong fashion sensitivity with a deep passion for denim product. /li liProven experience in Denim Design, ideally at senior level. /li liStrong knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, fits, and production processes. /li liSolid commercial mindset with the ability to translate trends into best-selling products. /li liStrong technical design skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liexperience in a fast‑growing digital environment /li liYoung, diverse, and international /li liCompetitive remuneration /li liTransportaion from home to work /li liCentrally located in the heart of Basel /li li50% Discount on our TALLY Collection /li liRelocation Support if needed /li li25 to 28 days of annual holiday /li /ul pWould you like to become a part of our fashion story and an enthusiastic member of our TALLY Family?
