In this exciting and varied role, you will support our marketing department primarily in the management and development of the JOOP! social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube & LinkedIn). Various press activities are also part of your varied job profile.
Your responsibilities
Social media strategy: Strategic planning, development and implementation of comprehensive multi-channel social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
Performance & analytics: KPI-driven performance analysis, reporting and continuous optimisation of social media campaigns to increase key metrics in collaboration with our digital agency.
Independent planning and execution of social media productions.
Influencer marketing: Comprehensive campaign management, from concept development and influencer selection to briefing and contract negotiations.
Trend forecasting: Continuous market observation and trend research. Use of this market knowledge and trends as a guide for the conception and development of platform-specific social media content.
Community management: Proactive interaction and relationship building through rapid response to comments, direct messages and mentions to maintain a high level of brand interaction.
Budget and stakeholder management: Proven responsibility for the social media budget, coordination of internal and external communication, including agency management.
Required experience and skills
A completed degree or training in business administration (marketing), fashion management and/or communication sciences.
Ideally, experience in videography, video editing and content creation.
Professional experience in social media management in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors.
Interest in and a keen sense for trends on social networks.
Team spirit and strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, assertiveness and the ability to act effectively in challenging situations.
Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Confident use of all common Windows programmes (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
